• Shipping options : We offer standard shipping via A Post. Orders received before 12 noon are usually delivered the next day.

• Delivery areas : We deliver throughout Switzerland and to Liechtenstein.

• Shipping status : As soon as your order has been processed, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking link to monitor the delivery status.

Return and Exchange Policy

• Return policy : You have 14 days to return products. A cancellation fee of 10% will apply. Please inform us by email about your return and send the product back in its original packaging at your own expense.
